A message from the CEO
Dear Murfie users,
My name is Rex Mangat and I took over as CEO of Murfie in May of this year. Over the last few months, we have been rolling out improvements to the Murfie landing page and player that we hoped would enhance and improve the user experience for both new and existing Murfie members. Based on your feedback, it's clear that we didn’t meet expectations.
I want to take this opportunity to apologize for the inconveniences you’ve suffered on account of the recent changes and give you some idea of what to expect in the future.
The recent changes you've seen are part of a plan to revitalize Murfie features to enhance the listening experience on our platform. In addition to new branding and a streamlined intake process, we're building out key collection management features we're confident will help you get more out of your Murfie experience.
As you know, however, thus far, the process has not been without hiccups. As a result of the search function disappearance, we have completely overhauled our testing methodology to ensure that no core functionality is compromised when we deploy any updates. We have also put into place streamlined communication protocols to notify our userbase when things don't go as planned.
Going forward, I am hopeful that we can earn back your trust and enlist your valuable perspective in helping us deliver an unmatched listening experience.
Thank you for understanding and your continued support of Murfie.
Feel free to reach out directly to me with any questions or concerns or ideas for improvement.
All the best,
Please include how we are to reach out to you directly.
